Returns Authorisation:
Please use this form to request a Returns Number (RAN) for
any defective product. Items returned without this reference may be
returned to you. You will receive a RAN via email, this should be
included clearly on the packaging of your returned item/s.

Terms of Business
A) Returned
Products for Testing MUST be repackaged in the original box.
B) Failure
to return the product without its original packaging may
invalidate the warranty.
C) Products
must be returned to us within 7 days of the RAN being
issued.
D) Returns
are authorised on a Return to Base Warranty; return carriage
is the sole responsibility of the sender.
E) When
received the returned goods are checked for warranty and
inspected.
F) We will
repair or replace the goods at our discretion. Non Warranty
repairs must be authorised before any work is undertaken.
G) If the
designated fault is not found under test, an inspection
charge and return carriage will be raised for settlement.
H) Attempted
Data recovery from server hard drives (e.g:SMS3 160/250GB)
is chargeable.
I) It is your responsibility to ensure all returns are
shipped via Registered Post or other insured method.
